In accordance with the Plan of the University of Maribor to ensure the continuous work during the
occurrence of coronavirus no. 012/2020 / N 1/515-MP, dated 11 March 2020, with the purpose of
preventing the spread of infections at the SD UM:
1. Introduced from Thursday 12 March 2020 until the cancellation of this notice, the office hours on a distance
(email and telephone). The Student offices and the Offices of housekeeper on all campuses will therefore
be reachable by email and telephone;

by phone or email to arrange an individual meeting with them.
2. From Thursday 12 March 2020 until the cancellation of this notice, we do not do the procedures
of moving in, moving our or changing dorms.
3. We also ask you to stay in common areas (kitchens, toilets) for a minimum, limited time and in
recommended safety distance of at least 1.5 m in order to maintain your health. Also, keep that
distance in other contacts, including with the employees.
4. You can change bedlinen every Tuesday between 8 am and 12 pm in dorm Qudaro on Thursday
between 8 am and 12 pm. Dirty bedlinen you will throw in prepared baskets in front of the
Housekeeper’s office on all campuses.
5. We kindly ask you that in communication with receptionists you also use telephone only.
