SANITARNO-HIGIENSKA KONTROLA V VAŠEM DOMU

 

V skladu s 45., 46.  in 47. členom Pravilnika o domskem redu stanovalcev UM ŠD bo  tričlanska sanitarno-higienska komisija v sobah pregledala:

 

• V sobah (čistoča tal, tudi pod vzmetnico, pod predali pod posteljo, namizne in stenske svetilke, koš za smeti, stikala, radiatorji, vrata z vseh strani, podboji, omare z vseh strani).

 

• V skupnih prostorih (čistoča kuhinjskih elementov, mikrovalovk, grelnikov vode, drugih malih gospodinjskih aparatov, ter hladilnikov (lastniki oz. uporabniki jih morajo odtaliti in temeljito očistiti njihovo notranjost in zunanjost - glej navodilo na oglasni deski).

 

• V apartmajih in garsonjerah (čistočo v celoti, v sanitarijah (tudi wc školjk) in v kuhinjah (celotni elementi, police, nad napo). Očistite notranjost košev v skupnih prostorih. Očistite balkonska vrata in notranje žaluzije. Očistite tudi zunanji prostor pred apartmajem (zunanjo teraso).

 

• Od vas pričakujemo, da sami odstranite iz skupnih prostorov in sob vso embalažo (steklenice, plastenke, karton, vrečke itd.) in predmete, ki jih ne uporabljate (neuporabno posodo, aparate, itd.) ter jih obvezno odnesete v/na mesta določena za zbiranje odpadkov.

 

• Okna – okna in žaluzije na oknih morajo biti temeljito očiščena.

 

Stanovalci, ki bodo, po oceni komisije, imeli neustrezno vzdrževane sobe, hladilnike, male gospodinjske aparate in pripadajoče prostore, bodo pisno obveščeni, do kdaj so dolžni pomanjkljivosti odpraviti. Če bo tudi po ponovnem pregledu stanje neustrezno, bomo zoper te stanovalce uvedli disciplinske postopke v skladu s Pravilnikom o domskem redu stanovalcev Študentskih domov UM.

SANITARY – HYGIENE CONTROL IN YOUR DORM

By the 45., 46., and 47.  Article of Regulation- dormitories rules, we are informing you that our three-member sanitary hygiene commission will have a sanitary – hygiene inspection in your room.

The commission will check the following things:

 

• Rooms: cleanliness of a floor, dorm equipment, the desk and wall lamps, waste bins, switches, radiators, door from all sides, doorframes, dust),

 

• Kitchen: cooker, kitchen desk, the kitchen elements (cupboards), microwaves, water heaters and other small household appliances), door, floor, lights and switches, refrigerator (look at the instructions on the kitchen board),

 

• Bathroom in apartments and studios : toilet, sink, shower, mirror, bathroom floor and ceramic tiles,

 

• We are expecting that you will throw away all packaging from the common areas and rooms (bottles, cardboard, bags, etc), and items that you are not using (unusable containers, appliances, etc.) and take them into the trash nearby the dorm.

 

• Windows and window blinds must be thoroughly cleaned.

 

 

Students whose rooms, bathrooms, common places, refrigerators and other small household appliances will not be, according to the committee opinion, clean appropriately, will be informed with a notice, until when they have to clean the things written on the notice. If the situation is inadequate after the review, we will take appropriate action against these students.
