SANITARNO-HIGIENSKA KONTROLA V VAŠEM DOMU

 

Obveščamo vas, da bodo od 16. 3 do 30. 3. 2026 potekale sanitarno-higienske kontrole. Termini kontrol po posameznih domovih jih objavljamo tudi v nadaljevanju.

V skladu s Pravilnikom o domskem redu stanovalcev Študentskih domov UM bo tričlanska sanitarno-higienska komisija pregledala:

  1. V sobah: čistočo in stanje tal (tudi pod posteljo), predalov pod posteljami, namiznih in stenskih svetilk, košev za smeti, stikal, radiatorjev, vrat z obeh strani, podbojev.
  2. V skupnih prostorih: čistočo in stanje kuhinjskih elementov, mikrovalovnih pečic, grelnikov vode, drugih malih gospodinjskih aparatov ter hladilnikov (lastniki oz. uporabniki jih morajo odtaliti in temeljito očistiti njihovo notranjost in zunanjost. Pri čiščenju hladilnikov v lasti Študentskih domov UM je prepovedano uporabljati ostre predmete, da se ne poškoduje notranjost hladilnika.
  3. Čistočo in stanje pripadajočih balkonov, shramb in zidnih omar (kjer so nameščene).
  4. V apartmajih pa še čistočo v sanitarijah (tudi WC školjk) in kuhinjah.
  5. Okna in žaluzije morajo biti temeljito očiščene.

Iz skupnih prostorov in sob ste dolžni odstraniti vso embalažo (steklenice, plastenke, tetrapake, kartone, vrečke itd.) in predmete, ki jih ne uporabljate (neuporabno posodo, aparate itd.), ter jih obvezno odnesti v/na mesta določena za ločeno zbiranje odpadkov.

Stanovalce, ki ne bodo imeli ustrezno vzdrževanih sob, hladilnikov, malih gospodinjskih aparatov in pripadajočih prostorov, bomo pisno obvestili, do kdaj so dolžni pomanjkljivosti odpraviti. Če bo stanje po ponovnem pregledu še zmeraj neustrezno, bomo, skladno s Pravilnikom o domskem redu stanovalcev Študentskih domov UM, zoper te stanovalce uvedli disciplinski postopek.

 

Stanovalci, ki bodo, po oceni komisije, imeli neustrezno vzdrževane sobe, hladilnike, male gospodinjske aparate in pripadajoče prostore, bodo pisno obveščeni, do kdaj so dolžni pomanjkljivosti odpraviti. Če bo tudi po ponovnem pregledu stanje neustrezno, bomo zoper te stanovalce uvedli disciplinske postopke v skladu s Pravilnikom o domskem redu stanovalcev Študentskih domov UM.

SANITARY – HYGIENE CONTROL IN YOUR DORM

We would like to inform you that sanitary and hygiene inspections will take place from 16 March to 30 March 2026. The inspection schedule for individual residence halls is published on our website (link) and is also provided below.

In accordance with the Rules on House Regulations for Residents of the University of Maribor Student Dormitories, a three-member sanitary and hygiene committee will inspect the following:

  1. In rooms: cleanliness and condition of floors (including under the bed), drawers under beds, desk and wall lamps, waste bins, switches, radiators, doors on both sides, and door frames.
  2. In common areas: cleanliness and condition of kitchen units, microwave ovens, kettles, other small household appliances, and refrigerators (owners/users must defrost them and thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior). When cleaning refrigerators owned by the University of Maribor Student Dormitories, the use of sharp objects is prohibited to prevent damage to the interior.
  3. Cleanliness and condition of assigned balconies, storage rooms, and built-in wardrobes (where installed).
  4. In apartments: additionally, cleanliness of sanitary facilities (including toilet bowls) and kitchens.
  5. Windows: windows and window blinds must be thoroughly cleaned.

You are required to remove all packaging (bottles, plastic bottles, beverage cartons, cardboard, bags, etc.) and any unused items (unused dishes, appliances, etc.) from rooms and common areas, and to dispose of them at designated separate waste collection points.

Residents whose rooms, refrigerators, small household appliances, and associated areas are not properly maintained will receive written notice specifying the deadline by which deficiencies must be corrected. If the situation remains unsatisfactory upon reinspection, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against those residents in accordance with the Rules on House Regulations for Residents of the University of Maribor Student Dormitories.
